Will to Impact is engaged in the implementation and expansion of the three key programs that are aimed at skills development and entrepreneurship. These programs in this realm are intended to give the participants all the necessary resources they need to succeed in their careers of interest, as well as foster the establishment and advancement of new ventures.
The first program ImpactPlus aims at developing and enhancing professional technical competencies of people in order to enable them to fit in the market needs.
The second program VisionCraft encourages the spirit of enterprise for people with business proposals by assisting them to transform this proposals into full-fledged business. Collectively, they are designed towards achieving a long-term benefit of the community in enhancing innovation and therefore the competitiveness of the economy.
The third program Terimbere Mwana Project aimed at getting young children back to school. It provides young vulnerable and marginalized children with school supplies, covers their school fees, offers medical assistance, and works on improving their social environment to prevent any potential dropouts.
