ImpactPlus: Investing in young people

The project adopts the systemic method to fill all the gaps that deny a person an opportunity to acquire personal development features, training, and coaching among others. In this regard, the project has placed concentration on three major pillars. First, its purpose is to provide youth with a complete collection of materials and information that enhance non-cognitive personal skills and talents such as time management skills, skills in written or spoken communication, or appropriate stress management skills among others. Second, the problem of capacity building is among the key focal points of the project; it focuses on acquiring initial technical and behavioral skills for career purposes. Last but not least; the social perspective will outline individual tutoring in addition to the knowledge sharing, motivation, and even the strengthening of communities. This project wants to encourage follow-through of the vision of people development by revealing impediments and providing realist solutions towards constructive change.
